All chassis frames go through a 12-stage chemical cleaning and electro coating process.  Gulf Streams aluminum framed floor system goes through the same vacuum bonding process as the sidewalls. Utilizing block foam insulation, a 5/8" one piece floor decking, and the Ultra Shield barrier sealing the underside, this floor is the lightest and strongest in the industry.  Light weight aluminum framing and solid block foam insulation give superior strength and insulation. The 2" thick wall is put through a 5 step laminating and vacuum bond process ensuring an air-tight and water-resistant bond far superior to other lamination processes.
